Richard Dagher – Psychologist – Educational & Developmental Psychology Registrar, Registered Supervisor 

Richard is enthusiastic about helping individuals with mental illness and learning difficulties across the life span. He has experience and an interest in exploratory and diagnostic assessments, as well as providing intervention to individuals with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, challenging behaviours and school refusal. 

Richard completed a Masters in Psychology (Educational and Developmental) at Monash University. He is currently completing a registrar program, working on additional training and supervision to become endorsed as an Educational & Developmental Psychologist.  

Richard is considerate of cultural backgrounds and his therapy approach is catered for each individual and family. He has interests in table-top/board games, video games, animals, cooking, and painting. Richard spends his free-time exploring new restaurants/food stores, playing table top games with friends, and interacting with his animals at home. 

Richard works Monday to Friday with the team, in both our Yarra Junction and Warragul communities. 


Holly Moreton – Psychologist – Educational & Developmental Psychology Registrar

Holly  has a keen interest in ensuring her therapeutic approach is collaborative and compassionate. She enjoys utilising CBT and incorporating mindfulness into her practice. 

Holly aims to ensure the individuals she works with feel that their interests and goals are at the forefront of all intervention and assessments. 

Holly is now engaging in work for Strong Minds’ upcoming “Project A”, a multifaceted program aiming to suppor femals and non-binary clients through intervention, community education and support groups. Holly also works to support clients both neurodiverse and neurotypical through assessment, intervention and Positive Behaviour Support, with capacity to develop Behvaiour Support Plans under the NDIS framework. 


Holly is currently completing a registrar program, working on additional training and supervision to become endorsed as an Educational & Developmental Psychologist, following completion of a Masters in Educational and Developmental Psychology (Monash University).  


In her spare time, Holly enjoys ballroom dancing and travelling! 


Holly works Monday to Friday with the team, in both our Yarra Junction and Warragul communities.  




Suzannah Willis – Psychologist

Suzannah is passionate about working with individuals of all ages for both assessment and intervention. Suzannah uses evidence based intervention based in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing Approaches for adolescents and adults. Suzannah has experience in assessment exploring neurodiversity and learning differences, as well as counselling and intervention for children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of concerns and goals. 

Suzannah completed her Masters of Educational and Developmental Psychology at Australian Catholic University, which included a placement with Strong Minds in 2020. Sheis currently completing a PhD with Swinburne University. 

In her spare time Suzannah actively competes in the sport of Equestrian. When Suzannah is not riding a horse she tends to be reading a book or baking something! 

Suzannah is available on Mondays at Warragul.


Lisa Archer  – Director, Registered Supervisor, Educational & Developmental Psychologist

Lisa started the Strong Minds Psychology journey in 2010 and has brought together a team of diverse professionals who share our values. She has loved meeting and welcoming clinicians and customer service team members who display the same energy and care for our communities that she has believed in from the beginning of her career. 

Lisa thrives on working in a team approach, creating positive support networks for children and adults. Training and registering as a supervisor has allowed Lisa to develop and support a group of compassionate and dedicated clinicians, working from a similar framework. The SMP Framework is about working in conjunction with families and teachers in order to create positive and ongoing change. Lisa work with the the team to support the development of individuals and families navigating the diagnostic roller-coaster, providing support and advocacy with a focus on inclusion. Skills are developed to provide assessments, counselling and intervention – helping with stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief & loss, social skills, anger management, developmental differences, and transitions across the lifespan. 

As well as providing clinical supervision to the psychologists in the team, Lisa offers carer/community training and professional development for educators/allied health professionals. When not working with the SMP team, Lisa enjoys getting outside and active, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on the demons at the MCG. 


Toby Mizzi – Counselling Psychologist, Registered Supervisor

Toby works with a client focus, using targeted therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with a major focus on developing mindfulness & psychological flexibility. 

Toby’s approach is person-centred in that a genuine therapeutic relationship is seen as a significant mechanism of positive change. Toby aims to create an approach that is always tailored to the client & takes into consideration their own beliefs, attitudes, insight, preparedness for change, cognitive and developmental stage & their own perceptions of the presenting concerns. Toby provides counselling & therapy for children, adolescents, adults & parents/carers – helping with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief & loss, parenting & family conflict. Toby is registered as a Counselling Psychologist having completed additional training in the area of psychological counselling. Toby is also an approved supervisor.
